BLOCK ACCOUNT

My account at Capitec Bank is block and they refuse to unblock it. On the 6/6/2024 a person paid R300.00 into my account and she contack me and said it is wrong. I must please send the money for her to a VALR account at Standbank I did minus my banking fees. The lady names was Cadles and her number ***. I MADE AN AFFIDAVIT AND SUBMIT IT TO CAPITEC BRANCH HOWICK AND THEY SEND IT OF ON THE 15.6.2024 I am an artist that sell from time to time small paintings for small amounts to make up my Sassa to survived... Yes it happens in the past a few times also that the buyers is not happy for their own personal reasons. And ever time I pay the funds back and next moment after they received their funds back. The report me and every time I made affidavites that proof I pay their funds back. The buyers neither Capitec Bank can proof that i commit any ***** or ******** action. ALSO two years back my card was clone AND THAT WAS BROUGHT UNDER MY ATTENTION BY WITRIVER BRANCH. After that my account was also block a few times and every time I was the one running around makking affidavits to clear my name.... TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT WITRIVER BRANCH BROUGHT IT UNDER MY ATTENTION THAT MY CARD WAS CLONE...... I NEVER KNEW UNTIL I COULDNOT DO TRANSACTIONS.....

NOW CAPITEC BANK IS TREAT ME LIKE A ******** FOR SOMETHING OUT OF MY CONTROL.

I LOST MONEY THE END OF THE MONTH FROM A DONAR THAT HELP ME EVERY MONTH WITH A FEW RAND AND CAPITEC BANK WILL NOT GIVE ME THAT FUNDS.

I WIL HIGHLY APPRECIATTE IF CAPITEC WILL RE-THINK THEIR LAST DISCCUSSION AND UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT.
