I am really up with this bank My account was suspended because of some suspected *****. I contact capitec and explain the sisuation very clearly. on the 17 October 2024. i was not aware off all but find out after my brother in law paid in funds for me. on the 18 of October 2024 I made a affidavit (and all can be see on my bank statement) I immiadetly emailed the afficdavit. i was called and the lady said to me that everything will be sorted by the 21 October 2024 IT IS TODAY 28 OCTOBER 2024 AND STILL NOTHING. ALL I RECEIVED ARE WHATTSAPPS AND NEW REF NUMVER. CLEARLY NOBODY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON OR HOW TO RESOLVE IT. I DON'T HAVE MONEY ON ME BECAUSE OF THIS. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER. THANK YOU
