Block

My account was block on the 14/6/24 .
I did not know. I ask via Whatsup why and I was informed because someone paid on the 6/6/24 300.00 three hundred rand into my account. I remember that because the person called me (don't know where got my number) informing me that it is paid into wrong account and I must send it to a VALR ACCOUNT at Standard Bank. I doNE that the same day. The client support member on Whatsup inform me that I must take an affidavit and my I'd to the nearest branch . I went the 15/6/2024 to Huwick branch. The scan the documents and email it to Capitec ***** department. BUT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BLOCK AND I AM GOING TO RECEIVED MONEY TODAY 17/6/24 FOR WORK I DONE AT T TREVENTION SCHOOL. IF I LOSE THAT MONEY CAPITEC BANK WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY ME ..... PLEASE PLEASE UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT
