Poor customer service I was having a capitec funeral policy I went there to claim because my mom passed away they didn't give me anything and I was paying so I decided to cancel my policy but I receive massage of debt order of 262.25 today how coz they didn't give me even cent this is how capitec **** customers and treat them badly I want my money that they debated today
