Blatant ****** and bullies as well as heartless feel nothing for their clients

Worst bank in South Africa never take a loan from them, they make you pay for insurance that is only applicable after 6 months on a 5 month term loan. Above that they do multiple debit orders of your account in spite of your arrangement, they have bul**** me into paying my account 3 times in the same month, leaving me with no money for my family food or transport. Their complaints department will put you on hold for an hour just to keep you busy. The worst bank in South Africa I am going back to ABSA. BE AWARE DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS BANK
