Blacklisted/Judgement against my name

Good day, I'm very disappointed in the manner that Capitec Bank handle my account a good few years ago.<br> <br> I had a loan with Capitec Bank, and the loans was paid up. When i got calls from MBD Attorneys and SJS i was shocked, because they apparently had my file with them for collecting outstanding balances.<br> <br> When i requested, that the Attorneys and Capitec Bank(Southgate) provide me with proper details-then the attorneys said i should consult with Capitec Bank.<br> <br> Why was I handed over, if the attorneys couldn't give me details for the reason for being handed over.<br> <br> When i visited Capitec Bank, then i was told that my loans was paid up. When i requested a settlement letter from the Branch manager then, i was told that she(manager) wasn't working for Capitec Bank(South gate) anymore.<br> <br> I was a loyal client with Capitec Bank then, now when i wanted to open a bank account i was rejected because the Manager then hadn't cleared this up with all the other branches and H/Office of Capitec Bank.<br> <br> What can be done, to clear my \RED FLAG NAME"with Capitec Bank- because of an *********** person back then?????<br> <br> Many thanks<br> <br> Kind regards<br> D Hendricks"""
