Blacklisted by Capitec Bank

Early December I app**** for car finance from Capitec Bank through Webuycars and my application was rejected because a debt review enquiry has been made against my name. I contacted Experian credit bureau and they advised me to lodge a dispute. By the 20th February 2022 it was resolved and cleared and it no longer appear on my credit profile. When I apply for car finance again I get rejected for the same reason. I have called Capitec since then no one seems to have any idea of how to solve this problem from their system, all they do is to listen to the problem and transfer me to another department sometimes up to five different people until the call drops from their side. I have now spent hundreds of Rands and hours in airtime still no solution. So I'm blacklisted not by the credit bureau but by the bank I do my banking with! What a disappointment.
