Blacklisted

I have been struggling to get my query to resolved since early this year. Sometime last year I approached capitec for a loan and one of the consultants advised me to switch to capitec cause I was with standard bank. I took. The advice and switched to capitec. A few months later I picked up that my standard bank account has been overdrawn cause of the attempt capitec is trying to debit. What puzzled me is why where they trying to debit that account where as I switched to them (capitec), I have never skipped a payment regarding the loan I took. I later got a message from standard bank to let me know that they have handed me to MBD because of the overdrawn account. I went into different branches and was told that there's no such they are not trying to debit from a different account. I provided prove from standard bank showing the attempts made from capitec. I was told I will be contacted within 48hours and no one came back I went back to the last bank that was assisting, which is in protea gardens mall and requested to speak to the manager. The manager came to me and asked me to go back to standard bank to request for my bank statement which I did. I was told. That one of the guys from the department we logged a call with will contact me. No one has came back to me and I had to pay the amount owed to standard bank from my pocket because my name has been thrown in a mud. They are struggling to provide me valid reasons why they where trying to debut that account which I have been struggling to close cause of the attempts to debit, which if something is trying to happen on it, it reactivates cause it was a current account.
