#BlackFriday. Poor SERVICE CAPITEC BANK!!!! ETHEKWINI Municipality has changed banking details from Nedbank to FNB. all banks HAVE BEEN ADVISED by Ethekwini of new banking details. Capitec app for ETHEKWINI MUNICIPAL REGISTERED BENEFICIARY still has OLD NEDBANK DETAILS OVER A MONTH NOW. Queried capitec call center over a week ago. Got a Ref number, just being told continuously by agents matter escalate to SO CALLED APP DEPARTMENT. NOBODY FROM THERE HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS!!!?
