black service from Capitec

Today(03/10/2017) I am at jabulani mall capitec, only one capitec ATM is working, the cues are ridiculously long, the other machines are not working, of course this is not a priority because it's "Soweto" or maybe it's just Capitec can't deal with pressure it's month end, I am sure they know the busiest days of the month but nobody cares of course we deserve to stand in the sun for ages because we have nothing better to do right Capitec Bank? , we are too black to get burnt by the sun
