I have been a client with capitec since 2009. Your service is up to sh*t!!! You've been *****ING my money! And when I call your call centre I get told you can't help me??? Debichecks that's approved that I don't know off? My LAST MONEY being taken out of my account for the 3rd month in a row that no one can tell me why???

And when I ask to close my accounts - I get told to go to the branch to close it!
