To 4th. Daily on an empty account, whereby banking penalties of R3 each time a deduction was declined due to insufficient funds on my side. I was incorrectly told by other capitec branches staff to change my bank account or card numerous times in the past which cost me unnecessary fees at the end of the day and Refilwe came to my rescue and one is never too old to learn something new everytime...God bless 🙌 en give that Lady a Bells...
