Here is my farewell review to a bank that to this very end has just been a horrible experience. I have finally switched to a bank that works. I don't pay R500 a Month in bank fees, i have a credit facility, I don't have to deal with ques, or with consultants that at the end of the day has no solution to my problem. And i did it all without a hardcopy of my i.d. Now i tried to close my account and get my couple of R100 left inside it. But even with my thump print and licence and certified copy of i.d I can't. So keep the money and keep the account. Buy some lunch for u guys. Bai bai Capitec. FYI just for intrest sake to the reader, Capitec is now rated the most expensive bank in S.A regarding bank fees. Do the research. Don't phone me!!!
