Beware of Dysfunctional ATM

A few Saturdays ago I went to draw some money at the ATM in a shopping Centre. Thank goodness the branch was open because when I tried to draw a large amount of cash no money came out. I summoned one of the Consultants and we tried two more machines after that but the same thing happened. There was some message indicating that the transaction could not be completed. My account was reduced by the withdrawal I tried to make but no cash appeared and neither did the ATM indicate that I was to take the cash. I went inside the branch and the two Consultants were clueless. Somehow, they don't even know how to troubleshoot problems with the ATM. The first Consultant that first came to assist me then appeared with my money and said that someone had found my money in one of the machines. It did not make sense to me at all.
