Beware of Capitec if you want your money safe

I had some ***** happened on my account that happened literally minutes ago. Called the ***** hotline and was told they can't reverse the transaction at all and I would need to wait for an investigation that I also was told I can't give a timeframe to. Every other bank in the country would allow you to reverse a ********** transaction except apparently Capitec so it seems they like to encourage *******
