Beware of Capitec bank false interest rates !

I opened fixed deposit account with a substantial amount of money to earn interest. Guess what? I received no interest for one month now because they didn't fix it instead they left they the account open to earn minimal interest of 4.75% instead of 7.80% that I signed for. I spent the entire daily literally listening to their intern process of recons and fixing and unfixing accounts for a bank that claims simplicity here's the best part I get only R375 instead of R1088??? because of their pathetic maladministration BEEG *******s!!!! rather pay more bank charges at a reputable bank and get what the bank promises you! I will be contacting the OBSSA for intervention to get my investment back as Capitec refuses to release MY money I invested!!!!!!
