Beware of capitec

I was notified by the credit bureau that a credit enquiry was made against my ID with capitec. I emailed capitec as means of enquiry and also asked what information would they require from me to check. Next thing I m being emailed that the matter has been resolved and the enquiry has been removed from the bureau. My question is how did they get that right without my ID number and stuff One ought to be careful with this bank not only is capitec not bothered about *****ulent activities that might take place within their organisation they are actually enabling *****
