Beware careful using Capitec to pay for Takealot!!!!

Payment to Takealot stuck on "Pending" Payment not yet processed why??? I called and they told me the money has been paid to Takealot how can I show them when even my statement show payment not yet processed? What is going on I have reference number from Capitec claiming the money was paid in real time but the statement says otherwise. And money has left my account please rectify this ASAP and call me.
