Beware! Capitec takes debit orders two days before pay date.

Capitec, what is the meaning of this?:

Capitec: Account ***, no loan repayment was received, so your Capitec credit insurance was not paid. R3247.21 payable. Info ***

You tried to take a debit order on Sunday 20 November. Whilst my pay day is (like always), the 22nd, which will be in Tuesday.

Why take a debit order all if a sudden two days before payday???

Apart of the fact that due to you it will reflect bad on my credit profile as a dishonoured debit order, you will also add fees for the failed debit order, which is not due to my mistake.

Why did you do this Capitec? Who is now responsible for the fee AND how are you going to clear my credit record of this "dishonoured" debit order taker two days before my payday? Rather dishonest that dishonoured I would say

Same is still happening and you even take arrears interest and arrears fees from me while I was never to my knowledge in arrears at all. When did I get over R3000 olin arrears. And every month you hit me with interest on this?

There is ***** going on at Capitec and people must be made aware of this.

I want my account and statement rectified!
