Best service ever!

I want to thank Capitec for their excellent services! I lost phone last week Friday and I rushed to South Gate mall before they closed, in order to get cash for a new phone. On top of that a few weeks ago I lost my ID. So I was in a very sticky situation as I work with my phone. I got there and explained to the lady at the front desk and with a smile, she said :no problem we will be glad to assist you. I then got served by Dimpho and got the most amazing service. I got the money I needed to buy the new phone.

Prior to that I had gone to Absa, and without listening to my story the lady at the front desk : just shook her head and said : no we need your ID. I then explained to her and she said they can only give me R300. I turned around and left.

I'm really glad I chose to switch to Capitec since last year September, although I still have investments at Absa, of which I'm bring over to Capitec soon.

Big up to each and every staff member of Capitec!! You guys are the best.

I couldn't set up my banking app at that moment because I needed to do a Sim swap and it wasn't possible within the Vodacom store as I also work for Vodacom so it had to be requested from my manager the following day. Never the less, I went to the bank on Monday in Harrison and got served my Tashlyn aka ( Tash). She really put her best foot forward, and made sure I was assisted to satisfaction. I love Capitec!! Big up to all the staff at Harrison and Main Street branch as well.
