Best customer service experience at Scottburgh branch!

Today I went into the Scottburgh mall Capitec to apply for the new debit card since the one I had was ****med online with an unauthorized unknown transaction and I had already stopped it telephonically via another friendly consultant from Capitec. I want to say thank you to this branch for a friendly and relaxed environment and many thanks to Caryn who went above and beyond with assisting me with downloading the new Capitec app which I had struggled to do for the passed weeks. Caryn is friendly, calm and has best customer service and etiquette. Thanks again to the manager of this branch.
