Best consultant - Somerset Mall branch

I had to visit the bank with my husband on Friday - our card was stopped due to a ****ming incident on our account. I am autistic, so this is usually an extremely stressful kind of visit which I will do anything to avoid. We went to the Capitec branch at Somerset Mall and had the best experience. The lady (so sorry I never got her name) was super friendly and helpful and gave us great advice to make sure this does not happen again. We left the bank feeling relief and with a smile on our face.
