Capitec never fails to impress me as a client. I discovered an unknown debit order on my account this morning. I arrived at the Clearwater branch later and was helped by the staff member at the door. He took me to the self help machine and cancelled the transaction immediately. The staff at any branch I have gone to have always been very helpful and courteous. I was out the bank within 5 minutes. The transaction was reversed and the funds back in my account within 10 minutes. Service like this is unheard of in South Africa and I commend Capitec. That Is why you have the title of "The best bank in the world". For that you should be proud of and the reason I would not change my bank. Thank you for your efforts.
