Being ****med is the worst thing ever.

Early in March I was being ****med at the bank while withdrawing some money.I tried to call the Bank in order for them to stop my card while I was still standing near the ATM machine at Capitec in Mthatha.

After that I deced to go to the bank in order to get some help there because I didn't give anyone my Account Details but only to find out that +R3000 was taken out.They printed me a statement to show me what happened,only to find out that the person who ****med me was someone who was using an ABSA card because there is his/her card number on my Bank Statement.

Capitec bank did nothing about when I reported this problem to them...so would like to know what to do?
