Being punished for having my card cloned

I was a victim of ATM ****, my card was cloned and money withdrawn at a ABSA ATM in Pretoria 2min later a purchase made in Joburg and 2min after that more money withdrawn in Pretoria. went to the branch after blocking the card and reported the *****, 3 days later i was told there is nothing the bank will do as money was withdrawn for the account, it seems like im being punished for a crime committed against me Capitec simply refuse to refund or even investigate the matter
