Beezo debit order

There is a company called Beezo that deducts R99.99 on the 15th and the 30th of each month. I went to the bank to reverse it which they did but it happens perpetually and it bothers me because I'll have to go to the bank for reversal. The consultants at the bank say that they can't trace the company and block the debit orders permanently. This has been going on since July 2015 and I was not aware of it as I don't normally request the bank statement when I don't need it. The debit orders that were more than 40 days old were not reversed by the bank and I lost a lot of money.<br> <br> Please help.
