Been harassed with calls but no one is giving me information!!disappointed!

I received a few calls from DMC telling me I am R10 000 in areas with my capitec loan!where I am under the impression my loan is being covered by the insurance as I app**** last year for credit insurance and it was approved due to retrenchment. I have been trying to get hold of capitec to tell me what is going on. If you guys stopped covering the loan you should have informed me!!!I was not given any information just your account was handed over!what the hell. The unprofessionalism is beyond me. I have been sending emails,calling no is assisting!I hope I will be helped soon because I am definitely taking this matter further.
