Because I was retrenched previously and now I can't apply for credit

I had a loan with capitec during the last lockdown,whereby I had a loan with yourl and it was canceled because I was retrenched,I submitted all the documents that was required and it went well,now that they assisted me with that,it's been 2 years since I've been retrenched,and I'm employed again for over two years I have no debts and they still can't help me even though that I bank would yourl and url see my money going into my account every month,I've decided that I would like to cancel my account would yourl,and I've been banking would yourl for over 8 years ,I need to get a bank that can help me cause when I went to the Phoenix branched they informed that because I was retrenched before they cannot assist me,that's F#####,I am very disappointed would capitec I would like an email back if I'm not happy would yourls feedback I will further this complaint to the relevant ombudsman.
