Capitec consultants how dumb can you be??How can you give out a person's information bank details,statements to a person who's not even the account holder.Now you saying you can send her the recordings that happend last nite the 18th June.To do what with those recordings. The first red flag was her wanting a statement which is not hers to be sent to her email which is not registered with Capitec. The second red flag is your consultant issuing out balances to the said person telefonotically. Kante le sebetsa jwang??? Yes we are really living in a third World ,A jungle where people's rights are not protected I adviced her to switch banks because WOW Imagine someone doing that with your account,an your bank agreeing to that NONSENSE.How can we as lay men trust BANKS to protect us...our money and our information....Aowa you must just close shop n call it a day.
