Banks collude with SARS

Please could you provide me with the authority that you used in order to completely clear out my bank account supposedly at the command of SARS. I have trolled the Tax Act and the Bank Act and nowhere does it allow for money to be taken with no prior warning or opportunity to protest. In fact the National Credit Act lays down very clear guidelines as to what steps to take. I am now sitting with no money to pay bills, debit orders etc, arguing with Sars and starving to death. The best part is my credit record was starting to improve - your esteemed institution declined to provide me with Global One because I was not worthy. Now between yourselves and SARS I am probably beyond redemption. You don't protect your customers, you destroy them.
