Banks Assist **********

I was de*****ed by QC Auto they promised to supply me with an accident damaged vehicle upon realizing it was a **** and I would not receive the vehicle I contacted to freeze or reverse the transaction i was then told they could do nothing except to contact the other bank and kindly ask the owner to return the funds. they have since given me an incident number ********** 2 ,I have been told to wait for forensics who are still investigating but up to now not one person has contacted me .I have tried on several occasions to contact them but no one answers. It seems to me they are only concerned with the banks money not the clients .I have had great assistance from all the branches I have visited just this useless department. i have even had more assistance from the bank i transferred the money too .They have since informed me the ********* has since closed the account now none of this would have happened if they had done their part .As far as I am concerned they should have reversed the transaction and then asked the supplier to prove I was supp**** the goods .In conclusion I hold them accountable for the loss i contacted them within 48 hrs of transaction taking place yet they still wanted to investigate up to now what have they done nothing .I paid a company not an individual are banks now hiding ********** activities?
