Banking made simple? how? no service?

Capitec is by far the slowest, horrible bank in south Africa, from Saturday I visited the brach in Horison View Shopping Centre with no aid Either passing the buck or playing the time card, which is pathetic service, and complaining to Hellopeter, does not help either as the lady that is supposed to call me in 5 days, that means it is 5 working days so maybe next year sometimes if I am lucky with the current service I will hopefully receive a call On Thursday a friend on mine transfered money from his Nedbank account to my Capitec account, Nedbank refers me to Capitec, and today Capitec instead of playing the time card, and not assisting me, said that I must approach Nedbank (Nedbank DOES NOT EVEN WANT TO SPEAK TO ME AS I AM NOT A CLIENT AND I AM NOT THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. Capitec is supposed to know this) I think I am going to close my account and move to FNB, way better service
