Banking App Hacked

My cellphone banking app was hacked on the 15 June 2022 an amount of R830.00 was **********ly taken from my account without my knowledge, realized on the next day that this had occurred then on the 17th June 2022 I went to the Maponya mall branch and was advised that they have managed to reverse my money and said this will happen in 7 -14 days however this didn't go as advised, went back to the same branch on the 25 July 2022 to enquire as 7-14 days had passed then to my surprise I was now told I will not get my money back as promised
