Banking

I have been banking with Capitec for few years now they stopped my account and my savings account ,they ask me to provide documentation and I do like that as they ask now is taking months saying they are doing investigations ,so I decided to ask them to close my account and give me funds but they can hold those funds that’s is on going investigation but they refuse they even told me it can take years and years on this investigation ,which means I loose my money with Capitec,so be careful when you choose bank ,because Capitec is so useless
