Bank with Capitec - you won't entirely regret it!

There isn't a perfect bank but Capitec is a bank that you want to be associated with or in your corner. I've been with this bank for years and I've never had any problems with them; their always ready to communicate (via email, with me) on any changes to their banking operations or specials or asking you nicely not to waste your money during Black Friday and Cyber Monday - these guys put a thought to their customers. This could've been a 5-star rating if it wasn't for a hectic few days with them of trying to understand an unexplained interest charge on my loan. It took me about 4/5 consultants since 24 April, being on hold for hours, leaving my house for a charge none of those consultants could explain until I sent a complaint email last night. My issue was resolved today, 30 April, in less than an hour with a better solution (to my issue) by a patient, sympathetic, amazing consultant at their head office - thanks Nomfefe! They still need to work on equipping their other consultants to handle tricky questions in a matter of a few hours! Even with this debacle I went through, I am at my happiest with Capitec and will continue to tell people of their great banking services!
