Bank unable to do the very thing a Bank should do.

Absolutely useless, app is never working always down for some reason, scan to pay has been down for temporary maintenance for the past few months. What's happening? Literally unable to do the one they they good at,.... Being an atm. Like how do I almost never have access to my own money. How are you a bank yet always offline. And the only solution to all of it it's it will be resolved soon. Soon was but how any months ago yet still everyone is suffering with the same issues.
