Bank teller Rose from Evaton branch unlocked my mom's fixed account without my mom's approval

My mom went to withdraw money at an atm in Evaton, she was assisted by one of the bank tellers because she incorrectly entered her pin 3 times then the was blocked, she had to go inside for a new card then she changed her pin. Unfortunately the lady that was assisting her unlocked my mom's fixed account without her knowledge, and went to assist her at an atm to withdraw money from her main account, then she also withdrew money from the fixed account and kept it. Now her manager is not willing to assist my mom. Capitec workers are taking advantage of old people and **** them😭
