Bank Offline with No Care for Clients

<p>This bank has been down since Thursday, 30 June 2016, and is still offline to date, Monday, 04 July 2016, with no warning to any of their clientele. Standard Bank, at least, has the decency to notify their clientele THREE days before they go offline and send an SMS the day of commencement, so their clients are up to date.<br /><br />Your bank has been down with NO pre-warning or notifications on the worst possible weekend (PAY DAY WEEKEND). It's embarrassing to have to walk into a restaurant and trust that my bank is working, only to be left there unable to pay for the food that I had consumed. This has happened to me ALL weekend!<br /><br />I want a formal apology from your bank for this embarrasment and a reason WHY your clients were never informed. What was the reason the bank was down and finally, what are your future steps in correcting this, as it's clear to see on your Facebook page , that Capitec have been down more than up and their clients are NOT happy ones.<br /><br />A response is expected!</p>
