Bank Misconduct

Capitec bank deducted all my first UIF payment without communicating with me. Despite the fact that we had an arrangement that once UIF is received we will agree on the amount Capitec will deduct. The conduct of Capitec bank is immoral and irrational it is cannibalistic in nature.

Reviewer Update
Thanks to hellopeter for the admirable and highly appreciated podium to share how businesses conduct themselves.

The review feedback from Capitec bank communicated by service admin by the name of Shaunelle Truster. Stated that Capitec Bank will take my UIF pay-out willy-Nilly. Capitec bank deliberately with-held evidence that immediately after I lost employment, I telephonically reported to them and informed them that the case has been ascended to CCMA. We agreed that once I receive my UIF pay-out we will talk again to agree on the amount I will contribute to my loans. Capitec bank disingenuous violated this agreement by taking my UIF pay-out without my consent. All my communications were telephonically Capitec bank is privilege to all my telephone recordings but they cunningly claiming that there was no agreement made when I lost employment.

This gross misconduct by Capitec bank is shameful and irresponsible as this bank major customers are Africans who are officially categorized by Statistics South Africa that this population group highly impacted my unemployment. Pay-out like UIF and other government relieves are for supporting South Africans during the time of de-stress whilst there are searching for employment.

I will escalate my Complain to the bank ombudsman and other social media planforms for assistance on this unpatriot conduct of Capitec bank.
