Bank Manager's Personal Vendetta

I want to tell everyone how the supposed "bank manager" from Knysna branch abused his authority **********ly. His wife made use of my service and ordered a backdrop for their daughter's birthday. After receiving two designs not watermarked she cancels the order and expects full payment because she is "unhappy" because the design does not look exactly like hers. After giving her the option to print her design and advising that pixelation will occur she gives the go ahead for another design. After receiving the second design says "yes thats much better" and says that she just wants to get her husbands thoughts on it. After cancelling I advised her that a design fee is payable an that I need her banking details to deposit the balance. She says "oke I will tell my husband" and then proceeds to verbally abuse me. I asked her to stop bullying me and blocked her on Facebook chat when she did not stop. Mr Abrahams then proceeds to help his wife in contacting my bank and reporting my account as ********** reporting that they ordered goods from me that I refused to supply and froze the funds in my account. After investigation and finding out that her husband is the "bank manager" at Capitec my husband goes to see him personally where by he tells my husband that its "a personal feeling". So tell me do you give your bank managers authority to abuse their authority for personal gain because the trauma caused is irreparable. I could not purchase my child's asthma pump at 17h00 yesterday that she needed urgently or food for my family to eat because Mr Bank Manager had a personal vendetta. I am going to contact Network24 and the papers.
