Bank manager

Hi capitec you deducted a debit order twice from my account within 12 hours a hole R2981 i have no food in my house for me nor my kids deu to you guys just taking debits twice i want to know how do i go get my money back and how me and my family will be living this month

I did make contact with the bank and the 1st two ladies was helpfull the other two was so heartless even me telling them me and mg minor children will have no food this month they still did not care and kept on telling me about arrangement and that they will deduct doubble again end of june if arrangement was not made,and whg should i wait for a full working day so tht means my kids must gk hungry up until they decide they going to call or assist me,capitec not for me anymore im sorry

The 1st two ladies gave me hope of putting food on my table for my kids the other was like they dont care how unhuman can a person be
