Bank deposit

What a disgusting service I have experienced from Capitec. I went to deposit cash at Kyalami Capitec ATM and machine was stuck after inserting the money, it went out of service. I went to the Capitec Blue Valley branch and I was advised that the money might have fell inside the machine and will be allocated accordingly. An amount of R4200 was allocated and the was R6000 still outstanding. I followed up again however from the 13.11.2022 till 29 December no update or feedback with regards to the money. I was advised today at Capitec Blu valley mall that my case has been closed without any contact. I need that money R6000 to be allocated urgently as this is causing financial constraints and mental stress to me and the receiepient. It’s now the holiday season and we are not able buy food or clothes for the kids. This is the worst bank that one can have. Should the matter not be resolved by the 30th December 2022 I will escalate the matter further and take out my frustration to all social media platforms and cancel my account. This is completely unacceptable. I was contacted today 29.12.2022 after following up and I was advised that the matter is closed and the outstanding R6000 was not in the machine. I have proof of the deposits and how is it possible that the allocated the R4200 and the R6000 was not found. Capitec bank and their staff are ****** ********.
