BANK DELAY ON IMMEDIATE PAYMENT

not happy at all. call taker Mpho tells me that an immediate payment can take up to 4 - 6 hours to reflect in another bank account. i do not know why they call it an immediate payment and take your money for the immediate payment as an additional speedy service then the money does not reflect even with in 4 hours of doing the payment.
