Bank card replacement fee

It's almost 2 months I went to capitec bank birch acres to replace my bank card, but within 3 days the card was not working where I complained about the issue, they then replaced my card with costs and its was not my fault, since then they didn't refund my card issue fees and no one from capitec bank bother to call in regards to my complaint. The ref number is ***8
