Bank Card charged for airtime but no airtime received and data

I have bought data and airtime on the 25th of April and on the 02 of May again on the 09th of May of which all was deducted from my Capitec account but not credited on to my mobile.

I make use of my Vodacom App when purchasing airtime or data then use my Capitec Card as a form of payment and all the transaction purchases on my account have not been credited to my Vodacom account.

After hours of using my airtime back and forth with Capitec sending me back to Vodacom I have all these transactions deducted from my Capitec reflecting as failed on my Vodacom App and these are the receipts Capitec have asked for but still my money has not been refunded.

I make use of my Vodacom App to purchase airtime and data specifically for issues like these as there I will have proof and history of all airtime received and after having this proof requested by Capitec my money is still not refunded to my account.

I’m ending up using more airtime calling Capitec’s contact center as their branches are always full and I refuse to waste petrol to visit a branch for transactions the call Centre has indicated show as “pending” but my money was deducted from my card on all these days that are more that 24hours apart as I’m still asked to wait.

Please assist as we’re talking about a lot of money that needs to be refunded from my account and it’s sad I can not trust my own bank on transactions made by card.

And after all these airtime and data purchases it is always the bank app that comes with an error message that I’m to close and re-open my app due to “technical “ issues they are “aware off” and working on till this day i wait.
