Bank Card

Capitec Bank did me wrong, I have been struggling to do my mums bank card she lost her card and now she is sick in a way that she cant do anything even talk. I went to capitec bank and explain the situation and they advised me to get Curatorship letter from Dep of justice. I went and get the letter and went back to capitec in Pavillion and submitted the letter now they said they cant do the bank card but can do once off transfer, mind you my mother she is getting her pension money on the card. We need to by her nappies, medication, her purified food, all of this things are expensive. well I received the once off payment. I went back again to another branch to try and open a card again with the curatorship letter and now they are telling me that I need the Dr certificate explaining my mums situation mind you that certificate was taken at department of justice I dont have a copy but I have a curator ship letter they have requested why now they want the Dr certificate.

Now I cant be assisited because my mother cant go herself to the bank. I cant even take her with my car she will need an ambulance to move around. Will I ever get assitant in my situation. I am not happy because I see I wont get help.
