Bank app selfie issues

Capitec bank app keep asking me to take a selfie for certain beneficiaries to pay from my bank app. Went to Capitec branch on Sunday, they say it is an ongoing problem with many complaints, Capitec branch can not assist me, as well as the consultants that i called. NOBODY can solve this issue. Go to the branch, go to the branch is all the consultants can say. THIS PROBLEM HAS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. I am fed up with this selfie thing THAT DOES NOT WORK. Wake up Capitec, and resolve this stupid selfie issue on the bank app. Very poor service from Capitec!!!
