bank and debt counsellors

I took a loan account with capitec in 2016, the loan account then settled the active loan account I had with them previously. I was told that the installment would be at least R+/-3k but to my surprise the installment was R+6k and I had never signed up for that as I know that amount is too much for an installment at that time as I was earning R-10k. I went to them to restructure my account and they agreed to restructure for at leats 3 months and then go back to the R6k, I felt like returning the loan but I had already used the funds. To be honest I started reversing the installments until they wanted to garnish me then I joined dc experts(debt counsellors) who called me to arrange for payments to my surprise the account which I thought was settled was still active and I have to pay it through the debt counsellors. All I wanted to do was to make payment arrangements that best suit my income and expenses but I was failed. I asked my debt counsellors and the bank mentioned above to give me a contract or statement for that account and to date I dont have anything and Im still oaying that account through debt counsellors. I feel Im not well served with these two parties.
