Bank account unblocked

Thank you Capitec for taking my complaint into consideration. I can now thank the lady whose name I forgot to escalate my query. My account is unblocked and I can use it again. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received. I'm glad that my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you for helping me in this matter.
