Bank account hacked

A certain woman got access into my bank account in the eastern cape. I lodged a complaint and it was closed without any explanation. Last night she sends me my ID number and full names as a threat. Now it clicked that she said that she has a friend in capitec who can give her my full information. Now I would like Capitec to check as to who and where was my bank account accessed internally. My life and that of my kids is at stake now. I need your intervention on a serious note. I have not gone to any branch thus it will be easier for you to check where was my account accessed. Kindly help me.
